Cheri Swales is the owner of Swales and Associates a business consulting and training firm. Cheri has over 25 years experience in business including retail, high tech, manufacturing, and public organizations. Cheri has a BSBA in Management from the University of Southern Colorado and an MA in Human Resources Development from Webster University. She is the author of the book, Revolutionize Yourself, an audiotape set, The High Performance Success System, and the booklet, Tips to Turbocharge Teams. Cheri has trained over 8,000 individuals in leadership skills, public speaking, teamwork, creativity, customer service, effective interviewing, motivation and networking skills. Cheri has worked with companies including Honeywell, Southwestern Bell, 3M, Central Electric, ReMax Realty, and MFA, Inc. She is a popular conference speaker for clients including The State of Missouri, The Recreational Vehicle Dealers Association of North America, The Lexington Management Association, and various state associations and chambers of commerce. Cheri has written articles for the Mid-Missouri Business Journal and Expressions, a women’s newspaper in Colorado as well as numerous pieces for companies newsletters.
