Diana Digges is a multilingual feature writer and editor with
extensive experience in foreign language communities from Quebec
to Central America to the Middle East. Most recently, she was editor
of the Cairo Times (www.cairotimes.com).
There she worked with a chaotic but talented staff to turn out Egypt's
best-selling English language publicationdespite technological
failures and frequent run-ins with government censors over politically
sensitive stories. Besides the Middle East, her areas of interest
include refugee and immigrant populations, education, cross-cultural,
linguistic and religious issues, and gender and discrimination topics.
Currently, she is freelancing and working on a book about cross-cultural
marriage.
