Dorothy Hemmings has more than thirty years administrative experience
in service-oriented industries. She has worked in high-level administrative
positions in the banking, insurance, and public education fields
and as the legislative aide for a state representative. As a writer
and publicist, she broadcast local news on a Cape Cod radio station
and developed effective media relations for The Harwich Junior Theatre--a
nationally known childrens theatre--and for a Habitat for
Humanity fund-raising event. As a freelance writer, Dot reported
the local news in The Oracle, a weekly Cape Cod newspaper.
As legislative chair for her professional state insurance association,
Dot produced monthly newsletters and spoke at meetings across Massachusetts.
Dot and her husband are enthusiastic veteran RV travelers, exploring
the United States, Mexico, and Canada. She is always eager to see
whats around the next corner!
