Ed Hilow is a business writer who covers general business issues, technology and telecommunications. He began his writing career as a freelancer for the Worcester Business Journal. Then, in 1997, the paper hired him as a researcher and reporter. As a researcher, he is responsible for "data mining" for two of the WBJ's products Book of Lists and FactBook. He has also written a series of book reviews as a freelancer for the WBJ's sister publication, Worcester Magazine. Additionally, Ed is an accomplished copy editor.
