With more than 15 years of career planning and management coaching experience, Helene Lauer is a consultant who advises her clients on all aspects of career development. She assists professionals in improving performance in their present positions or with developing plans to reposition themselves. Holding a Master of Arts degree in counseling psychology from Northwestern University, Helene has maintained a private career consulting practice in Wellesley, Massachusetts since 1986. She has provided services to hundreds of clients helping them to choose, change or modify their career goals. She was previously the Director of Career Services at Babson College and Simmons College Graduate School of Management. She has been a speaker for professional associations on hiring and interviewing from the employer's perspective. And she has published articles in recognized professional journals, business publications and newsletters. In addition, Helene has completed several assignments annually for the outplacement and executive search industries.
