Kathy Masseys writing experience includes lifestyle/home
reporter for a large southeastern daily, writing and designing brochures,
newsletters, and training catalogs for organizations including Blue
Cross Blue Shield and Midlands Technical College; writing articles
for Human Resources trade publications; writing speeches for local
politicians; and writing and developing radio and TV ads for local
organizations and campaigns. Her interests include surviving (while
attempting to leave) the toxic workplace, human resource and management
trends, workplace relationships, workplace diversity and child-rearing.
She is also a development consultant who works with people and organizations
steeped in bureaucracy, politics, and all the social isms that drain
workplaces of energy and creativity. Kathy has eight years of experience
in Human Resources, including facilitating management and leadership
development courses, planning and implementing process improvement
initiatives, developing and managing mentoring and internship programs,
and researching workforce trends.
