Founder and President, Sue Mellen: As a daily newspaper journalist, Sue has written widely, from movie reviews to business topics. In addition to her work for the Cape Cod Times and Boston Globe, Sue has written for Boston Business Journal, Mass High Tech, and Worcester Business Journal as well as leading websites. With the launch of YourWriters, Sue became the embedded talent on which clients have come to rely. With a business model that emphasizes flexibility and minimizes client costs, she has become an expert at matching projects with the right communications professionals and delivering results. Co-Manager Wendy Cornett: Wendy has nearly three decades of experience spanning corporate marketing and communications; newspaper writing and editing; book editing and proofreading; and online content development for multiple industries. She has worked for YourWriters since 2000, handling a wide range of writing projects – from blogs to books – covering topics such as health and wellness, lifestyle and human interest, and corporate social responsibility, all the while honing her project management skills. Co-Manager Alan Earls: A veteran of daily newspapers and the trade press, Alan has written about topics as diverse as parenting, travel, aviation, manufacturing, and information technology.
